1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and er99 (the "Platform", "Operator", or "we/us/our"). These Terms govern all use of the er99 website at https://er99.bet, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any services offered through those channels.

er99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their er99 account. Continued use of the er99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the er99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the overall agreement between you and er99.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from a translation into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on er99, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and er99 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or verbal — relating to the subject matter.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the er99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by bots, scripts, or automated systems are prohibited.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of er99 or any of its affiliated game providers, without prior written permission from er99 management.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the er99 platform.

2.1 Age Verification

er99 may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform — including at registration, at first withdrawal, or in response to any activity that gives er99 reasonable grounds to question your age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.

Where age verification is pending, er99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend deposit, wagering, and withdrawal functionality on the account. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 18 or above will be permanently closed. Any balances held in an unverified or underage account will be returned to the source payment method minus any bonus funds credited, pending compliance review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

er99 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local law. er99 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the er99 platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a verified player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The registration form will request, at a minimum:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• A valid email address to which you have sole access
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name in Bangladesh
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your own creation

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. er99 reserves the right to verify all information provided against third-party databases and official government records.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active er99 account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using another person's personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where er99 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit all balances and bonus funds, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your er99 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. er99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree to notify er99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. er99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that er99 has not acted negligently in the handling of your account data.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

er99 operates a KYC policy in line with responsible gaming and financial security best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during account review:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)

• Source of funds declaration for large transactions

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may be permanently closed at er99's discretion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the er99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). er99 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through local Bangladeshi payment channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

er99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Payment methods available to any individual player may vary based on their account verification status, location, and transaction history. er99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on er99 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though er99 may apply transaction limits to individual accounts based on KYC verification status or risk assessment.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the er99 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the source account.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your er99 BDT wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, public holidays, or pending KYC review.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

er99 is committed to operating a platform that is not used as a vehicle for money laundering or other financial crime. er99 reserves the right to place holds on any withdrawal where the transaction pattern gives rise to reasonable suspicion of irregular financial activity. In such cases, er99 may request additional documentation and may report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

er99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New er99 players are eligible for a 100% deposit match welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the current welcome bonus offer. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on er99 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

er99 does not tolerate bonus abuse. Actions that er99 considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as equally opposing bets), and exploiting technical errors or misquoted odds. Where bonus abuse is identified, er99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and to permanently close the accounts involved.

5.4 Promotional Changes

er99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to affected players. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events — are time-limited and will not be extended beyond their stated end date.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the er99 platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game or market, as displayed within the platform interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

6.1 RNG Certification

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

er99 may apply maximum win limits to individual games, markets, or sessions. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market before a wager is placed. Winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated limit; the excess will not be credited to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the er99 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or impersonating another individual at any point during account registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one er99 account for any reason, including circumventing a suspension or ban.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player's account for the purpose of transferring value or laundering bonus funds.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the er99 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical glitches, misquoted odds, or system errors to extract value from the platform.
• Third-Party Payment: Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating payments on behalf of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the er99 platform to disguise the origin of funds, cycle deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay, or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassment: Using the er99 live chat, support channels, or any platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse er99 staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your er99 account at any time by contacting the er99 support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply choosing to stop playing — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the er99 account dashboard, or to contact the responsible gaming team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion provides stronger protections than standard account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by er99

er99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Suspected use of prohibited software or automation tools
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Instruction from a law enforcement body or regulatory authority

Where an account is closed by er99 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both cash and bonus funds — may be forfeited at er99's discretion, subject to the findings of the investigation. er99 will communicate the reason for closure to the player where legally permissible to do so.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. er99 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy-related fee or closure procedure. Any applicable dormancy fee will be clearly communicated to the player. Dormant accounts may not accrue further bonus offers or promotional credits.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, er99's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the er99 platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. er99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the er99 platform.
